Description
Group Exercise classes (all class formats), and personal training keep us competitive in the marketplace. It directly correlates with our ability to attract, and retain members. This personal evaluation provides the Fitness Professional with hands-on coaching, helpful tools, new creative ideas, and guidelines for conducting classes or working with PT clients to create an experience beyond their expectations.
This evaluation is designed to make you “A Better YOU”. Coaching is the most effective way to highlight performance and/or correct performance. You can also send in a video that I will evaluate.
(Offering 4 AFAA CEUs) Cost $150
(Note- To due to personal schedules, Conference calls, FaceTime or Skype if needed to do interviews)
Group Exercise Evaluation Option #1
1st Hour – Participate in the instructors’ class as a member.
2nd Hour – Sit down with the Fitness Professional, and review the evaluation. (See online evaluation)
3rd Hour – Work with the Fitness Professional one-on-one, showing improvements, new variations, movements, progressions, cueing, and, interaction.
Note: Active practice time.
4th Hour – Follow up after 30 days to evaluate implementations from the evaluation. Note: Because personal schedules may not gel, pre-schedule appointments times and/or conference calls can be other options.
Group Exercise Evaluation Option #2
1st Hour – Evaluation instructor can send in a class video to be evaluated
2nd Hour- Sit down with the Fitness Professional and review the evaluation based of the video. (See online evaluation)
3rd Hour – Work with the Fitness Professional one-on-one, showing improvements, new variations, movements, progressions, cueing, and, interaction.
Note: Active practice time.
4th Hour – Follow up after 30 days to evaluate implementations from the evaluation.
Personal Trainer Evaluation
1st Hour – Trainer will put the evaluator through a workout based on the case study presented to them of time evaulation.
2nd Hour – Sit down with the Fitness Professional and review the evaluation based of the video. (See online evaluation)
3rd Hour – Work with the Fitness Professional one-on-one, showing improvements, new variations, movements, progressions, cueing, and, interaction.
Note: Active practice time.
4th Hour – Follow up after 30 days to evaluate implementations from the evaluation.
